The german translation of the "Tubthumper" lyrics.

Lyrics for Farewell To The Crown

(Here's a description:) It's pop, rock, jungle, hip-hop, rock n roll. It's got trumpets, harmonies, a hymn, a million samples, a few swearwords. It's a couple of minutes under an hour in length.
There are twelve songs and as many smaller half-songs, all linked and squashed and threaded together.

Tubthumper

The lyrics cover stuff from homelessness to the Liverpool Dockworkers' Strike, from refusing Catholicism to dissecting "New" Labour. The Sleeve will be crammed-to-bursting with information, poetry, discussion, and addresses for each of the songs; Tubthumper is about carrying on the fine tradition of spreading subversive information!

For anyone outside Britain, a "tubthumper" is an orator, a ranter, a soap-box speaker. Emma Goldman standing on a wall outside a New York factory, fist in the air, rallying people against their exploitation by wealthy bosses.
